About
Chefs for Humanity (CFH) was founded by Bon Appetit Executive Chef, and first female Iron Chef, Cat Cora in response to the 2004 tsunami. It is a not-for profit organization that gathers together the people of the culinary professional community to provide hunger relief across the globe, funding for programs related to hunger issues, and to educate our children and combat the alarming problem of childhood obesity in the United States. CFH is working with the National Institute of Health and Children’s Museum of Manhattan in the launch of the Every Kid CAN program, a unique and hands-on approach to cooking with kids in a healthy and fun way.
